4 storeys, mansard roof with dormers, multi-coloured facade with stucco ornaments, sides and rear wall tiled. The substructure contains numerous subdivisions for individual room lighting. Various house numbers are included in the kit.

Our townhouse series not only includes various houses and  in  addition corner houses. We have also so-called "pie pieces", 30° houses,  These are annexes that are flush with the front of the street or backyard and thus change the course of the street. There are various extensions for the backyard side: Balconies, WCs and emergency exits.

Wie immer ein tolles Produkt!

Die "Stadthaus" Serie macht bei jedem neuen Haus lust auf mehr.

Man muss sich wirklich konzentrieren und es ist nicht immer einfach, aber das Endresultat überzeugt in jedem Fall!

Es wäre schön, wenn es noch weitere Fassadenvariationen geben könnte, aber das ist klagen auf hohem Niveau.

ich habe einige dieser Gebäude aufgebaut und sie sind nicht nur von der Seriengestaltung sehr schön anzusehen;
vielmehr begeistert mich die Tatsache, dass die Räume Platz zur Gestaltung mit Inneneinrichtungen und Beleuchtungen bieten.
Die einzelnen Räume sind bereits lichtdicht getrennt.
Auch die Ergänzung mit verschiedenen Anbauten ist möglich. So lassen sich Gebäude gestalten, die nicht "von der Stange" sind.

Die Stadthausserie ist die Zierde jeder Anlage. die Fassaden. der Vorkriegsstil- das einfache bauen und der korrekte Sitz der Teile lassen die Fertigung der Häuser zu einem reinen Vergnügen werden! Mit etwas Geschick lassen sich die Fassaden auch verändern oder an schon vorhandene Bausätze anpassen- ganz klar- meine Note 1

Im Grunde genommen kann ich für jeden einzelnen Bausatz dieser "Stadthaus-Serie" immer nur die gleiche Aussage treffen:
Toll gemachte Häuser ! Obwohl die Architektur ähnlich ist, stellt doch jedes Haus durch seine eigene Fassadengestaltung ein eigenes Gesicht. Mit etwas Sorgfalt und bastlerischem Geschick ( und dem richtigen Klebstoff - Bindan RS ! ) lassen sich wahre schmuckstücke erstellen.
